Rev. Dr. Matthew Rueger, assisted by Rev. Karl Bollhagen, installed Rev. William Traphagan as pastor of St. Paul Lutheran Church in Alden, Iowa and St. Paul Lutheran Church in Buckeye, Iowa on Thursday, March 19th. The chairman and elders of both congregations participated in the rite on behalf of the congregations who were unable to gather because of COVID-19.
