Please select one. Both Pastoral and Lay Delegates are VOTING DELEGATES to the district convention. Advisory delegates are all commissioned ministers, and those ordained ministers not presently serving as voting representatives of congregations, who are members of the Synod within the district. Voting delegate registration automatically includes a meal package of Breakfast (continental) and Lunch on Friday, and Breakfast and Lunch on Saturday.

Voting Device

Voting for the IDE Convention will occur through an application on a smart device, such as a iPhone or Android smartphone, or iPad tablet. No laptops will be allowed. It is preferable that voting delegates supply their own device, but in the event you do not have one, iPads will be supplied for voting delegates who cannot. There is no fee if you need one provided. We will ensure everyone has a usable device during delegate orientation. Please indicate your status:
